Description
A modern figurative drawing with graphite and charcoal on paper by Detroit artist Betty Woodward-Bosley. Created circa 1960s at the College of Creative Studies (CCS) in Detroit. Signed on verso as well as bottom right corner. Titled on verso "Jerry." Bosley was a student of Sergio De Giusti. A dreamlike-composition depicting a contemplative figure looking pensively to the side. There is an air of mystery and intrigue. From a private collection. Dimensions: 26"h x 32"w x 1.5"d (framed). In very good vintage condition.
