In most cases parcels areshipped out in 1-3 days and delivered in 3-5 days. Freight deliveries can takeanywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on location. We have freight shipmentsdelivered to the East Coast every 1-2 weeks, and to the West Coast every 3- 5weeks. All delivery dates provided by us are estimates, and all freightdeliveries are fulfilled by third party companies. The shipping company we bookyour delivery with will contact you directly to schedule delivery.

 

While damage in transit israre, if you receive a damaged item, please retain all packing materials andnotify us as soon as possible. We would be happy to facilitate an insuranceclaim to reimburse you for the cost of repair; or to accept a return for a fullrefund.
